PM Modi, Sonia Gandhi's Dussehra events cancelled due to rain in Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was to attend the Dussehra event organised by the Indraprastha Ramlila Committee in East Delhi's Parparganj area, was cancelled due to heavy rain in the national capital.
