Pollution in our waterways has become a growing issue in Wales. Bridgend has been one county particularly affected, with a number of ‘poor’ ratings in rivers and coastal waters. Councillors pressed the council leader to take legal action against Welsh Water, but he said it was the regulator’s job to enforce punishment.
