Filipino-made electric ferry launched<br /><br />Dr. Lew Andrew Tria, project leader and director of the University of the Philippines Diliman Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute; Sonia Malaluan, administrator of MARINA; Dr. Carl Michael Odulio, vice chancellor for Research and Development of the University of the Philippines; and Dr. Enrico C.
