A Texas mother has been charged with murder after she allegedly shot and killed two of her children and injured two others, police have confirmed. At around 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, authorities responded to a report of four children shot inside a vehicle in Brazoria County, the Sheriff's office said in a news release on Facebook. The suspected shooter was later identified in a press conference as the children’s mother, 31-year-old Oninda Romelus. “Deputies immediately began providing lifesaving aid to the children until medical personnel arrived,” Brazoria County Sheriff Bo Stallman said. “The quick actions of responding deputies are believed to have saved at least one child’s life.”
