CEOs of Optus, TPG and Telstra meet with Communications Minister in Canberra

The Federal Communications Minister has met with chief executives from Australia's three major telcos today in the wake of multiple outages which prevented Australians from making triple zero calls. One of those outages was linked to three deaths.
