Queensland Human Rights Commissioner says state human rights law should be enforceable

Queensland's Human Rights Act should be strengthened so it's enforceable. That's according to the state's outgoing Human Rights Commissioner. Ahead of the end of his term, Scott McDougall sat down with the ABC to look back on his time in the role.
