UPDATE: In this March, 2025 recorded telephone call I verify Complete Health Trussville (7201 Happy Hollow Rd. Trussville, AL 35173) has adopted a rather unethical & unprofessional practice of using representatives to speak to the public who discuss health information (AND ARE RESPONSIBLE) but go by pseudonyms (nicknames) & outright refuse to give this information when requested.<br /><br />I retell my own service-devoid experience as a patient there in 2019-2020. Complete Health Pell City (Northside Medical Associates 70 Plaza Dr, Pell City, AL 35125), Alabama recently completed a rebranding of their medical practice, changing their sign out on Highway 411. I share a cautionary tale from my experience as a patient at their Trussville location (7201 Happy Hollow Rd. Trussville, AL 35173) in 2019-2020 (now UAB Medicine St. Vincent's Trussville). <br /><br />(I have two phantom billing instances which can be tied to this location (see further details with uploaded records and documents in other videos) #1 involving Dr., Terry Daniel Smith (now with Andrews Sports Medicine) (aka T. Daniel Smith aka Terry D. Smith - he billed me for services not rendered at his old post with Christ Health Center. #2: I had an MRI in this building with St. Vincent's Ambulatory, billed $500 but 10 year honors graduate / neuroradiology specialist Dr. Michael Brant Ruff (Vulcan Imaging Associates) did not note the broken skull or 6 inches diameter infection that appeared in the images.) <br /><br />I had many problems with the nurses I saw at this medical practice acknowledging a very serious injury I had involving a broken skull, head trauma, infection and parasites. I saw nurses Frankie James Crumb and Celeste Richardson there in 2019-2020. I was referred to MRI in this same building, told results were normal / negative. I obtained the imagery from the scan and my records and found I had serious head trauma in the basilar area of my skull. I made Northside Medical Associates aware of this and even called CEO Dr, Ronald Helms, my phone call was never returned. I believe there was substantial talent in this practice to help me. I was denied a request for my medical records upon request and was told it would take several days to get them to me. When I finally received my medical records from these visits they appeared heavily edited. I believe this practice backed the misdiagnosis of their business partner Ascension (UAB) / Vulcan Imaging and Dr. Michael Brant Ruff MD, in a sloppy attempt at patient dumping.
