Venezuelan pres. confirms activation of defense zones in Caracas and Miranda

President Nicolas Maduro assured that all the integral defense zones within the Caracas and Miranda comprehensive defense management bodies had been activated, comprising almost 7 million Venezuelans. teleSUR
