Durham Council Uses New Powers to Tackle High Street Vacancies

Durham County Council is set to use High Street Rental Auction (HSRA) powers to bring long-empty properties in Bishop Auckland and Stanley back into use, as part of a wider push to revitalise struggling town centres.
