Met Police Commander James Conway has issued a direct appeal to sex offender Hadush Kebatu, urging him to hand himself in. Kebatu, who was accidentally released from HMP Chelmsford, is understood to have travelled into London by train and anyone who sees him have been urged to call 999 immediately. Report by Etemadil.
