Hadush Kebatu, an Ethiopian national who was mistakenly freed from HMP Chelmsford on Friday, has been found and arrested after a three-day manhunt.The Metropolitan Police said Kebatu was detained in the Finsbury Park area of north London at around 8.30am this morning.
