Israel said Wednesday that it has begun “renewed enforcement of the cease-fire in response to Hamas’ violations,” a day after a series of airstrikes killed more than 100 Palestinians in Gaza, according to health officials.<br /><br />Spokesperson for the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Ravina Shamdasani said it was "distressing that these killings occurred just as the long-suffering population of Gaza started to feel there was hope that the unrelenting barrage of violence may be at an end."
