Re-opened cultural hall draws criticism for being “not fit for purpose”

Launceston's Albert Hall officially re-opened last weekend after undergoing a 20-million-dollar redevelopment. But some parts of the upgrade have drawn criticism with loading bays and kitchens described as "not fit for purpose".
