#GlobalNews<br />British police said a knife attack on a train on Saturday that injured 10 people was not being treated as a terrorist incident and that two British men had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.<br /> <br />Eyewitnesses described scenes of panic and confusion on the train near Cambridge in eastern England. "I look at my hand and it's covered in blood. And then I look at the chair and there's blood all over the chair. And then I look ahead and it's blood all over the chairs," said Olly Foster, a passenger on the train who witnessed the incident.<br /> <br />Another eyewitness, Wren Chambes, said she initially thought it was a Halloween prank, but quickly realized the severity of the incident when she heard other passengers shouting about the attacker.<br /> <br />British Transport Police said counterterrorism police were supporting its investigation whilst it works to establish the full circumstances and motivation for the incident.
