The center of Typhoon Tino (Kalmaegi) was spotted over the coastal waters of San Francisco, Cebu, moving westward at 25 kph.<br /><br />It has already passed close to the Camotes Islands and is forecast to traverse the Visayas and northern Palawan, emerging over the West Philippine Sea by Wednesday morning, Nov. 5.<br /><br />It is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Wednesday evening or early Thursday, Nov. 6.<br /><br />The typhoon carries maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near its center, with gusts reaching up to 205 kph.<br /><br />READ MORE: https://mb.com.ph/2025/11/02/tropical-cyclone-tino-tracker
