Hundreds stranded at NorthPort Terminal as Typhoon ‘Tino’ disrupts sea travel

Stranded passengers patiently wait at the NorthPort Terminal in Manila after several sea trips were canceled due to Typhoon Tino on Tuesday, November 4. According to the Philippine Ports Authority, around 304 passengers remain stranded at NorthPort, including those bound for Cebu and Bacolod.<br /><br />Port personnel and volunteers have been assisting affected travelers by distributing drinking water and food packs as they continue to monitor weather conditions before allowing vessels to sail safely.
