Typhoon Uwan weakened further as it moved over the coastal waters of Bacnotan, La Union early Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).<br /><br />In its 5 a.m. advisory, PAGASA said the typhoon’s center was located over the coastal waters of Bacnotan, La Union.<br /><br />Uwan now packs maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gusts of up to 230 kph, moving west-northwest at 25 kph.
