A new five-minute quiz launched by the Government and the NHS, and backed by Radio 1 stars Melvin Odoom and Rickie Haywood-Williams, will give people across England personalised steps to boost their health, mood and energy.The Healthy Choices Quiz offers people a chance to learn how simple lifestyle changes could help them to improve their health and wellbeing, based on research from University College London (UCL).The Department for Health and Social Care says four steps can help improve people’s health, including not smoking, limiting alcohol consumption, regular exercise and eating at least five portions of fruit and vegetables per day.But UCL research, based on data from the Health Survey for England and the Office for National Statistics, suggests 19 million adults in their middle years are failing to meet at least one healthy behaviour guideline.Radio 1 DJs Melvin Odoom and Rickie Haywood-Williams have backed the new campaign to encourage people to take better care of themselves.
