MORE than a dozen firefighters have descended upon a Newton Abbot bank this afternoon, Tuesday, November 25, following reports of a fire.<br />Staff from HSBC have been evacuated as fire crews work to extinguish a fire which broke out in the staff room.<br />Reportedly, a small heater caught fire.<br />
