‘We don’t know the risks’: are weight loss drugs safe and healthy?

It’s believed over a million people are using weight loss drugs, so we’re asking people in Cardiff if they agree with their usage. Are they a legitimate, healthy way of losing weight or is it risky and sort of cheating?
