Warring sides have yet to accept peace proposal - U.S. envoy

Sudan’s warring factions have welcomed, but not yet accepted, a U.S. peace plan, says U.S. envoy. The move follows a three-month humanitarian truce declared by RSF leader Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo.
