Over 1 million bags of shredded cheese produced by Great Lakes Cheese Co. were recalled after the FDA warned they may contain metal fragments. The products were sold nationwide at Walmart, Publix, Aldi, Target, and other retailers, covering mozzarella and multiple blended cheeses with sell-by dates from January to March 2026.
