This isn't going to be happening anytime soon in regards to banning fur use (or feathers, downe in coats, pillows, etc.) or criminalising the eating of meat (the right to a diet).<br />This has been tried before countless times and gets tossed out of parliament every single time.<br />Indigenous people's way of life would also be threatened by such rules, especially during the winter time (when plants cannot grow) and depending where one lives too, if vegetation is downright impossible to grow.<br />Then we have the problem of MICRO PLASTICS, in which faux (fake/artificial) "fur" starts to infiltrate everything from our food, to water, to our bodies (including those of animals!). I bet those animal rights activists haven't once thought about that one.
