Hey, this is Chris Berger and here is my Berger Point of the day.

It’s a beautiful day here in New York and the middle of August. (2024).

I wanted to let you know that July and August are traditionally the slowest times when houses move.

Also too, January and February are slow times.

However, you sort of take this as an advantage because one of the things that you want to always remember is really the first impression of your home, whether buying or selling.

So, when you are selling, you really want to keep your yard in tip-top shape.

One of the things that we’re going to sort of repair today is that there’s a lot of poison ivy on the driveway.

Again, this is easily fixable because all you need is some spray and it takes about five minutes.

It’s a very easy fix because what this will do is that sometime next week all this poison ivy will be dead.

And it will no longer be a deterrent when you’re driving in.

Just always remember if the outside of your home is well taken care of then the buyer, when they approach, is going to say, “Wow, if this is how he keeps the outside, then I’m sure the inside is well done as well.”

Just keep it in mind.

So that’s the tip for the day.

-------------------------------------------------

Hello!
