Marcos orders Congress to prioritize passage of anti-dynasty bill, 3 others<br /><br />President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. orders Congress to prioritize the passage of four proposed legislative measures, including the Anti-Dynasty Bill and Partylist System Reform Act 'to institutionalize transparency and accountability,' says Palace Press Office Claire Castro. Castro said on Dec. 9, 2025 the Legislative-Executive Deelopment Advisory Council (Ledac) also agreed on the timelines for the passage of the General Appropriations Bill and its submission to the President for signing into law. Present during the meeting were Senate President Vicente Sotto III, Speaker Faustino Dy III, Majority Leader Sandro Marcos, Sen.
