人類が宇宙へと開拓の手を伸ばした時代、火星の地球人科学研究所（「火星科学研究所」）にて、破嵐創造は宇宙進出用サイボーグを生みだしていた。しかし、その飽くなき実験と研究のために、創造は自らの妻と長男をもサイボーグにしたうえに死なせてしまう。さらにサイボーグとなった者達は次第に自分達が人類よりも優れていると驕り高ぶって暴走し、自らを「メガノイド」と称して、全ての人類をメガノイドにすべく反乱を起こした。破嵐創造の次男である破嵐万丈は、母の計らいと犠牲によって巨大ロボット・ダイターン3と大量の金塊を奪取して、一人マサア・ロケットで地球へと脱出した。それから数年後、万丈は金塊を元手にシン・ザ・シティに居を構え、執事のギャリソン時田とアシスタントのビューティフル・タチバナ、さらに元インターポールの三条レイカと、わんぱく少年トッポこと戸田突太も加え、メガノイドの人類支配阻止のために立ち上がる。 <br /><br /><br />(For Non-Japanese Viewers) <br />When you watch the video, please click the Gear icon "⚙ "in the top-right corner of the screen to access the subtitle options, then select your language if available. <br /><br />In the era when humanity reached out to pioneer space, at the Earth Science Research Institute on Mars (the “Mars Science Research Institute”), Harashi Sōzō was creating cyborgs for space exploration. However, driven by his insatiable experiments and research, Sōzō turned his own wife and eldest son into cyborgs, only to cause their deaths. The cyborgs gradually grew arrogant, believing themselves superior to humanity. They ran amok, calling themselves “Meganoids,” and launched a rebellion to convert all humans into Meganoids. Hara Sōzō's second son, Hara Banchō, through his mother's planning and sacrifice, seized the giant robot Daita 3 and a large quantity of gold bars. He escaped alone to Earth aboard the Masaa Rocket. Several years later, using the gold as capital, Banjo established himself in Sin the City. Alongside his butler Garrison Tokita, his assistant Beautiful Tachibana, former Interpol agent Reika Sanjo, and the mischievous boy Toppu (Totsuta Totsuta), he rose to stop the Meganoids from dominating humanity. <br />
