Stunning natural phenomenon occurred at Red Beach on Hormuz Island (Iran), caused by rain

The soil on this beach contains high levels of iron oxide, giving it its characteristic reddish color. When it rains heavily, the water washes these sediments ashore, turning the sea and sand a deep red.
