<br /><br />Russian aviation pilots recently conducted aerial refueling training with Su-24M aircraft during a previously planned flight shift.<br /><br />The activity involved practicing one of the most complex stages of military pilot training: in-flight fuel transfer.<br /><br />During the exercise, the crews of the Su-24M front-line bombers operated in predefined areas, carrying out controlled approaches and connecting to the refueling drogues of an Il-78 tanker aircraft.
