The convoy carrying flood control contractor Sarah Discaya has arrived at the Department of Justice (DOJ), on Friday, Dec. 19, following her arrest by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) last night.<br /><br />This came after President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. confirmed that a warrant of arrest had been issued against Discaya in connection with the alleged ₱96.5-million ghost flood control project in Davao Occidental.
