Coast Guard Drives Off Four Chinese Ships Near Kinmen

Taiwan's coast guard says it drove away four Chinese ships trespassing in waters south of the outlying Kinmen Islands on Thursday. It called the intrusion part of China's strategy of gray-zone harassment against Taiwan.
