Fender's Blues Junior is one of the most widely played amps in existence – thanks to its great tone, light weight and punchy volume for small pub and club gigs. This year marks the 30th anniversary of this ubiquitous 15-watt combo and over that time it has seen many incremental upgrades and tone tweaks to make it among the most useable of all valve combos. Here, Jamie Dickson and Richard Barrett enter the Guitarist Tone Lounge to celebrate the 30 year tonal legacy of the Blues Junior and do a deep-dive demo of the up-specced 30th anniversary model, fitted with Celestion Creamback speaker.
