‘Masked bandit' in the backyard? Deer in disguise rescued in Rockland County

A deer with its head stuck in a plastic bag led to a lighthearted rescue in Suffern, New York, as Town of Ramapo police officers stepped in to safely unmask the wayward animal and return it to the wild. No charges filed.
