The Transport Commissioner faced questions from one Cabinet member who sits on a Parliamentary Joint Select Committee about why traffic exercises or road blocks by licensing officers and the police are occurring at peak traffic periods.<br /><br />As the Transport Commissioner expressed hope that technology could make things easier in the future...an Assistant Police Commissioner indicated there could be a review of the timing of such traffic exercises.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
