A Tobago construction company is disputing claims that road works across the island were incomplete or not done.<br /><br />The allegations, now part of the Tobago People's Party's election campaign stem from a 2024 pre-action protocol letter that has resurfaced just days before voters head to the polls in Monday's Tobago House of Assembly elections.<br /><br />Elizabeth Williams reports.<br />
