The High Court has thrown out the defamation case brought by Trillions Systems Director James Kerron Rose against Energy Minister Dr. Roodal Moonilal. <br />The matter was heard before Justice Frank Seepersad, who said the claimant failed to respect the jurisdiction of the court. <br />Alicia Boucher has the details.<br />
