The Prime Minister says cannabis for medicinal purposes in this country is something her administration is "actively exploring."<br /><br />This, as she announced the Government's plans to increase the age limit for the use of cannabis, the consumption of alcohol as well as gambling in this country.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
