A butcher who almost lost his life in a helicopter crash 10 years ago has launched a new chapter of local food production in the Northern Territory town of Katherine. After an incredible recovery, Matt Gane has now realised his vision of producing 100% local beef for his community, overseeing the entire production line from mustering right down to the plate.
