A Tasmanian National Disability Services Provider has apologised for failing to give adequate care to its clients after it was fined more than $1 million by the federal court. Oak Tasmania, which is a subsidiary of Possability, admitted it had left vulnerable clients at risk of injury or death but says it has since significantly reformed its operations.
