US actor-singer Rex Smith returns to Cebu for Valentine concert<br /><br />American actor-singer and Broadway star Rex Smith is set to return to Cebu for a special two-night Valentine concert at TOPS, marking his first performance in the city in nine years. During a virtual press conference, Smith once again expressed his fondness for Cebu, likening it to Los Angeles for its relaxed atmosphere.
