भोपाल में UGC के नए इक्विटी नियम और ग्वालियर हाईकोर्ट परिसर में डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर की प्रतिमा स्थापना को लेकर माहौल गरमा गया। इन्हीं मुद्दों के समर्थन में भीम आर्मी और आज़ाद समाज पार्टी (कांशीराम) के कार्यकर्ता सड़कों पर उतर आए। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने कहा कि UGC का नया कानून वंचित वर्गों के अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए जरूरी है और इसका विरोध सामाजिक न्याय के खिलाफ है। वहीं ग्वालियर हाईकोर्ट में बाबा साहेब की प्रतिमा की मांग को उन्होंने संविधान और न्यायपालिका के सम्मान से जोड़ा। कार्यकर्ताओं ने नारेबाजी करते हुए प्रशासन से जल्द सकारात्मक निर्णय लेने की मांग की। <br /> <br />In Bhopal, tensions rose over the new UGC equity rules and the demand for Dr. B.R.
