KMT Vice Chair Heads to China for Cross-Strait Exchange

The Vice Chair of Taiwan's main opposition party, the Kuomintang, headed to Beijing on Monday morning, where he will participate in a cross-strait forum organized by think tanks run by the KMT and the Chinese Communist Party.
