A High Court judge has again raised serious concerns about police accountability after ruling in favour of a citizen who was maliciously prosecuted following a traffic stop.<br /><br />Justice Frank Seepersad rejected the police version of events, found that officers acted without reasonable grounds, and urged both mandatory body cameras and the public recording of police encounters.<br />
