'You can sit and raise slogans': PM Modi takes dig at Mallikarjun Kharge in Rajya Sabha

Addressing the Chair in the Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge, saying that considering his age, he could raise slogans even while sitting so that he does not face any discomfort.
