When Dreamcast wins for unofficially porting GTA 3 after cancelling officially, it was ported as a homebrew called DCA3, and second, GTA Vice City... this is tough port, a homebrew called DCA3 Miami. <br /><br />In GTA 3, this is mid-playable without lagging from the high specs only. As were having been a native PC version and even mobiles, they understand that some users, the very curious users, wanna check out how this version looks like in Dreamcast, when they don't have a Dreamcast console, if that gets your one and checking out how it looks like. I'm tested on a Dreamcast emulator, it's funny if that something is not stuttering on emulation because of the PC specs, only by high should run. I'm already disabled the trails on screen in-game, but it keeps seeing a left and right corners by 4:3 aspect cut because I'm set the widescreen mode like hacking in emulator, even seeing through a glitch from the sky. And in GTA Vice City, about tough, the port is tough, which on the Dreamcast console results in bad optimization (as even you heard a choppy sound on emulation). Hope that the Dreamcast uses Windows CE based systems, that the GTA games ported is based on the PC Windows version, upon the reverse engineering. <br /><br />To work GTA games ported on Dreamcast, if that uses Flycast or Redream, can cause graphical glitches in-game. Use Reicast, a Dreamcast emulator fork of Flycast (Remember that highly requires a Dreamcast BIOS), that possibly supports running all homebrews, especially GTA ported games. Make sure that the trails is disabled from the game options. If that is enabled, the screen is on white. That in GTA 3, the trails is already enabled if you see the left and right corners cropped when I'm using widescreen hack from the emulator. For better enhancement on gameplay, if you have TVs with aspects like 16:9, 16:10 or 21:9 if screen is stretched, when playing on Dreamcast console, set the aspect mode manually from the game settings. In Reicast emulator, set the horizontal stretching from the emulation video settings to free out the left and right corners from trail out and set the aspect from the in-game aspect modes itself. Disable the black borders in-game for better view during cutscenes. Once if you have a widescreen fix where you installing the game manually.
