A man detained in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance said he's innocent. He identified himself only as Carlos and told ABC15 Arizona he was pulled over in Rio Rico, south of Tucson, on Tuesday, February 10. Carlos said officers told him he was being "detained for kidnapping," but he insisted, "I never kidnapped anybody," adding he works in Tucson for GLS.
