A 56-year-old Rousillac father of three, was fatally shot while selling roses on Valentine’s Day.<br /><br />According to police reports, Vijay Nanan and his Venezuelan employee were both shot, when two bandits, one armed with a gun, entered their tents located opposite Gulf City Mall, La Romaine.<br />
