The Port Authority is responding to concerns raised by the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce over cargo delays on the sea bridge.<br /><br />In a statement, the Authority says structured measures remain in place to maintain cargo movement between Trinidad and Tobago.<br />
