Ten years after a surgery he says left him unable to use two fingers, a legally aided claimant has been given a second chance at justice.<br /><br />Today, the High Court extended the limitation period, ruling that financial hardship, Legal Aid delays and the COVID-19 shutdown should not bar the poor and disenfranchised from accessing the courts.<br />
