Lawyers for former JetStar pilot Greg Lynn have told the court of appeal, he should be given bail ahead of a retrial. Mr Lynn was acquitted last year of the murder of Carol Clay, with the court of appeal ordering a retrial. His barristers have argued that saturation media coverage has ensured there would be no possible chance Mr Lynn gets a fair trial this year.
