Headstone Circus — Headstone Circus 1968-1970 (USA, Psychedelic Rock)

The band formed on November 1, 1966, in Washington, D.C., at the instigation of Glenn Faria, who dragged his friends Nick Bonis, Mike Johnstone, and Ray Pope to a cemetery on Halloween night. The guys took some invigorating drugs, communed with animal spirits, and at dawn, the name "Headstone Circus" was born. The recordings for the only album were compiled from studio sessions from the 1968-70s. At first glance, their playing resembles Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, with some rather strange parallels. The band's leader, vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Glenn Faria, pursued a solo career after the band's dissolution in 1970.

Tracks:

01. I'm Going Down - 0:00

02.
